# Competitive PvP Caste Ranking System

Explains how the post-October 15 caste ranking works: the six castes from Sudra to Mijung, the Master Point thresholds, and the limited Top 100 spots from Braman 3 upward. Covers how God Skill Points are earned (starting at Ksatriya 3, up to 12), how swapping places with the lowest-ranked player above you works, and how to avoid rank decay by staying active in PvP.

Welcome to the competitive world of caste rankings! Whether you're a newcomer or a veteran looking to understand the new system, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know about climbing the ranks and earning those coveted God Skill Points.

Before the October 15 update, ranking up was a leisurely journey. You could take your time gathering Master Points (MP) at your own pace, eventually reaching the highest ranks with a maximum of 7 God Skill Points. While relaxed, this system had some drawbacks:

- No competitive edge or sense of urgency
- Progress tied to other players' activity
- Everyone could reach the same peak, reducing that special feeling of achievement
- Limited God Skill Points
- Missing ranks and competitive tiers
- Inactive players could camp at the top indefinitely

The new competitive system changes all that! Now, active participation in PvP activities is essential for strengthening your character. This system rewards your participation and helps you stand out not only in Faction PvP Zones but also in Player Killing areas, Castle Sieges, Fortress Durga, and Guild Wars.
## How the Competitive System Works
The new ranking system rewards dedication and consistent PvP engagement. Once you reach higher ranks, you'll need to actively participate in PvP zones to maintain your position and prevent rank decay. It's all about staying active and competitive!
### The Caste Ranks (From Lowest to Highest)
- **Sudra** 3 → 2 → 1
- **Vaishya** 3 → 2 → 1
- **Ksatriya** 3 → 2 → 1
- **Braman** 3 → 2 → 1
- **Avatara** 3 → 2 → 1
- **Mijung** 3 → 2 → 1

Starting at **Ksatriya 3**, you'll earn your first God Skill Point! From there, each rank you climb grants you an additional point, up to a maximum of **12 God Skill Points**. These points unlock passive God Skills that you can activate in your skill window (press K) to customize your character's abilities.

## Understanding Your Rank
Your caste rank depends on two important factors:
1. Your accumulated Master Points (MP)
2. Your position in the overall rankings
### Master Points: Your Path to Power
From **Sudra 3** through **Ksatriya 1**, ranking up is straightforward. Just accumulate the required Master Points. There's no competition yet, so you can focus on gathering MP at your own pace.

However, once you hit **Braman 3**, you'll enter the **Top 100 players** bracket, where your rank is determined by both your Master Points AND your position relative to other top players.
### The Top 100 Competition
To break into the Top 100, you need at least **60,001 Master Points** to reach Braman 3. But here's the catch: only **25 players** can hold the Braman 3 rank at any given time across all three factions.

Here's how it works: Let's say you've just hit 60,001 MP. If all 25 Braman 3 spots are filled by players with higher MP totals than yours, you'll stay at Ksatriya 1 until you can overtake the lowest-ranked Braman 3 player. Once your MP exceeds theirs, you'll swap positions—you'll rise to Braman 3, and they'll drop back to Ksatriya 1.

**Key points to remember:**
- Hitting the minimum MP requirement doesn't guarantee an automatic promotion
- You must compete for limited spots in each rank
- You'll only rank up when your points exceed the lowest player in the rank above you

This competitive structure applies to all ranks from **Braman 3** up to **Mijung 1**, with the ultimate Mijung 1 rank limited to just **one player across all God factions!**
## Rank Requirements and Rewards
Here's the complete breakdown of Master Points needed, available spots, and God Skill Points for each rank:

> **Tip:** You can type `$caste` to summon this table anytime, anywhere in our Discord server!

Altogether, these spots make up a total of 100 top-ranked players!

**Example Scenario**
Imagine you're currently Avatara 1 and approaching the minimum MP requirement for Mijung 3 (260,001 MP). However, both Mijung 3 spots are already occupied by players with 270,000 MP and 290,000 MP respectively.

Simply reaching 260,001 MP won't be enough to rank up. You'll need to surpass the lowest Mijung 3 player's total, in this case, 270,000 MP. Once you hit **270,001 MP**, you'll claim that player's spot and ascend to Mijung 3, while they'll drop down to Avatara 1.
## Tips for Success
The Competitive Ranking System rewards dedication, strategy, and consistent PvP participation. Here's what you need to know:

**For Early Ranks (Sudra → Ksatriya):**
- Focus on accumulating Master Points at your own pace
- No competition yet. Just gather the required MP to advance
- Start earning God Skill Points from Ksatriya 3 onward

**For High Ranks (Braman → Mijung):**
- Limited spots mean fierce competition—be ready to fight for your place
- Your ranking position matters just as much as your total MP
- Surpassing other top players is essential for advancement
- Stay active to maintain your rank and prevent decay

**General Strategy:**
- Participate regularly in all PvP activities to earn Master Points
- Once the leaderboards are released, keep an eye on them to track your competition
- Each rank from Ksatriya 3 onward grants powerful God Skill Points
- Customize your character with passive God Skills to gain an edge in battle

## Final Thoughts
The journey to the top is challenging but rewarding. Every Master Point brings you closer to unlocking your character's full potential and earning your place among the game's elite players. Whether you're aiming for that first God Skill Point or competing for the legendary Mijung 1 rank, remember: consistency and active participation are your keys to success.

So get out there, dominate the PvP zones, and show everyone what you're made of! Every point counts, and the Top 100 awaits. Good luck, and may your blade strike true!
