Yes, abosulte! It will help avoid all attacks and with the increase of accuracy to land a basic attack

I mean it is still good. but some players would use ROTD. lvl2 is pretty scarse atm and expensive. lvl 3 is already good.

To be honest. The server is pve stage isshhh atm. But im trying to balance it out.
