# Who updates the Kathana Giveaways channel?

A player asks why claimed earring rewards and expired unclaimed orbs aren't reflected in the Kathana Giveaways channel. Replies explain that the expired items are old rewards from before June that new players simply missed, and that past giveaway announcements aren't re-posted.

I claimed the recent Kathana Earring, but seems the channel Kathana Giveaways has no update about it. Also, I discovered I have unclaimed Orbs that are expired, and the channel Kathana Giveaways has no info about those too.

ahh this is old rewards. i think every new player will see the "old rewards" too thinking that they missed to claim it. but if you join after June of this year you probably missed it

**jarette:** Isnt it the player's initiative to read the available channels and its contents upon join the server?

There is no point from the administrative position to keep spamming announcement of previous giveaways.
