Total: +100% Pranas/XP

For the party setup, just make sure you have at least 1 Satya and 1 FS/Vidya in a full party. Their bonuses stack for a total of +30%.

Then equip your Kathana Earring I, Lv. 70 Forbidden Set, and Charm of Pranas.

That's it. If you're going to spend hours grinding anyway, might as well squeeze as much XP/Pranas out of it as possible. 😅
